Athesists Go to Sunday School

Let me put out a disclaimer here first.  This article caught my eye for obvious reasons and in no is it meant to support the ideologies of atheism.  Instead, the purpose of this article is to point out how religious groups are using something similar to Sunday School to teach their children about morals and values.  I think this is great because we all believe different things and religion is really ‘to each his own.’  Some kids may fell outcasted for not believing in God and feel out of place.  I’m glad these adults are taking measures to try and reduce those feelings of being an outsider.   It would trying to make a student with an obvious deformity not feel like an outsider to the rest of the class.  We have to realize that we are going to have students who do not believe in God and tell them its okay for them to believe that, if they want.
